Grape from several micro plots worked by hand with ecological methods. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation of each plot separately with indigenous yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in French and Navarrese oak barrels.
Colour: Garnet red with blue reflections of medium intensity.
Aroma: Red fruits like strawberry, raspberry and violets.
Taste: Fruity and marked acidity with a delicious and persistent texture.
