100% Blue Webber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, slow roasted in traditional clay and brick ovens, fermented and double distilled in copper pot stills. Aged for 8 months in second and third use American whiskey barrels.
Bottled without any additives whatsoever.
A lighter-colored Reposado, thanks to its charcoal filtration, this bottling bursts with green vegetal aromas, anchored by agave sweetness from its high-elevation home. The finish is smooth, with hints of baking spice and white pepper.
The distillery is owned and operated by Melly Barajas - one of the only female distillery owners in Jalisco. Barajas employs women to work in every step of production.
